Hmm...that is very interesting. Good and bad at the same time huh? No more bloating but who wants to not have milk?

Praise the L-RD for revealing the lactose tolerant issue!

Such a bummer, but I'm not so surprised. I hope you find amazing alternatives to that milk, and then share them! And feel better, too.

Have you done any winter running? Any more half (or whole) marathons in sight?

thanks everyone! i still think there is another issue. i'm going to make an appointment with a gi doc that my mom knows and see if she can tell of any other issue. i don't drink milk that often, but CHEESE is another story!

i ran on a treadmill last week...i don't like them, but am thankful for them when there is 6 inches of snow on the ground. i don't have a run planned yet, but i have been in planning mode. i want to get my run on. oh...i hurt my big toe again last week at b-ball practice. the nail is going to fall off soon. the night it happened i hardly slept because of the pain. big stink.

Maybe you could try eating raw,at least for a while...I've gone about 90% raw and it's amazing. Raw food might sound kind of bad, but there are a lot of really great recipes...it's not just crunching carrots! Carol Alt has a couple of awesome books...lots of great recipes. Lots of testimonies, too about people who have regained their health by eating lots of raw food. Hope this helps :)
